In this video, Dr. John Brummer shares some of his top-secret tips on how to keep your feet feeling good all day long. First, think about how hard your feet work on a daily basis: They absorb 1½ times your body weight in pressure with every step you take and most people take 8,000-10,000 steps a day! It’s important to drink plenty of water and buy shoes with good arch support. Dr. Brummer advises avoiding high-heeled boots, high-heeled pumps and high-heeled sandals.
