This workout begins with a ground warm up that is focused on abs and upper body. This warm up is followed by the building blocks of climbing. This includes going upside down, and even spinning at the end. You do not need to have upper body strength to try this type of exercise out. So don't be afraid to try it out and get that upper body stronger!
