In episode 17 of Tryout Workout, Desi heads to Chelsea Piers in New York City where instructor Kelly shows her how to SurfSET. SurfSET is basically surfing on dry land and includes lots of cardio and strength training. Don’t worry, you don’t need to know how to surf beforehand but you may pick up a thing or two should you decide to hit the waves for real in the future.
