Bringing home a newborn baby is an exciting but nerve-wracking time. In this video, Dr. Preeti Parikh explains how expectant parents should seek out parenting classes to ease their minds.

If you can’t make it to a class, seek out a parenting book or take some online parenting classes so you’ll feel comfortable taking care of the newest member of your family.
