When kids get older, putting them to bed on time can be difficult. With sports, after school activities and homework, having everything done at a decent hour is tough.
In this video, Parenting Expert & Author Ann Pleshette Murphy provides tips on how to make sure your child is getting the most sleep possible. Scheduling downtime and avoiding late computer sessions is helpful. Teens need 9-10 hours of sleep a night as they are still growing. A lack of sleep can weaken a child’s immune system.
