Pick the Perfect Pillow

Experts recommend changing your pillow every two years for more restful sleep. An ideal pillow will support your head and neck in the same neutral position as when you’re standing up straight. Back sleepers need a thin pillow while side-sleepers should have something firm. If you sleep on your stomach chances are you don’t even need one; but if you decide to sleep with a pillow make sure it is as thin as possible.
