Preparing for pregnancy is vital for all couples. There are many factors affecting fertility, so it is important to understand how to conceive a baby.

Since everyone’s body is different, the process of getting pregnant varies from person to person, so preparing for pregnancy is an important step for all couples. Some get pregnant on their first try while others go years before conceiving. In this video, Dr. Isabel Blumberg explains the many factors that affect fertility including age, weight, and STDs. He also sheds light on important information regarding how to conceive a baby. If you are having trouble getting pregnant, it is best to have intercourse during the 48 hours surrounding ovulation. A missed period is an early sign you may be pregnant so take a home-pregnancy test or set up an appointment with your doctor to be sure.
