Keep Calm and Relax Anytime

Falling asleep comes easy when your stress free. Next time you are stressed and can't sleep try these techniques.

Falling asleep often comes with ease while on vacation, but once you get back home you may find yourself unable to relax due to the stress from work and family commitments.

When this happens, try doing a relaxation exercise called“Progressive Muscle Relaxation.” This involves tightening and relaxing certain muscles and can be done anytime, anywhere. If it does not work right away give it some time. Practice makes perfect!
