There is nothing better than the feeling of the warm sun against your skin on a nice summer day. But exposure to the sun can lead to skin cancer, premature aging and wrinkles. Many times you may not even aware of what the sun is doing to you as 80% of sun exposure during your lifetime happens during unintentional exposure. In this video, Dr. Bobby Buka shares some tips on when to apply sunscreen, the proper amount of SPF to use and the difference between UVA and UVB rays.
