In this video, Dr. Holly Atkinson shares some tips on how to fall asleep a bit easier. Dr. Atkinson advises exercising during the day and avoiding caffeine after 3 pm. If you can’t fall asleep at least three nights a week you may have chronic insomnia so talk to your doctor.
