Most of the time back pain is easily treatable. Depending on the source of your pain, treatments include physical therapy, cold or hot compresses, limited bed rest, over-the-counter medications, and prescription medications. In this video, Dr. Paul Knoepflmacher explains these treatments in detail and discusses how your doctor can help you get back to feeling like your old self.
