When to Check with Your Doctor

Aside from constant yawning the next day, not getting enough sleep can lead to obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Some sleep problems like insomnia are easy to diagnose while others such as sleep apnea or shift work sleep disorder can be tougher to pinpoint. Most sleep disorders are treatable so if you’re having trouble falling asleep most nights, talk to your doctor.
