This is a great workout for those on the go or with little time spare, if you find these workout easy feel free to incorporate weights to add some extra resistance.

Russian twists are performed by sitting on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Go ahead and lean back so your torso is at a 45-degree angle. Raise your core and slowly rotate round to the right then reverse the movement to the left. It is very important to keep your back straight and not rounded.

Reverse crunches are a resistance core workout. Lie on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you, next is to bend your knees and lift your feet, inhale and pull your legs toward your torso. To complete the sequence exhale and lower your legs to the starting position.
