Russian twists are performed by sitting on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Go ahead and lean back so your torso is at a 45-degree angle. Raise your core and slowly rotate round to the right then reverse the movement to the left. It is very important to keep your back straight and not rounded.
