Who needs all that fancy and expensive equipment to get a productive workout! Sometimes all you need is your own body weight and the floor you stand on. 

Certified Trainer Rob Sulaver has created a 9 minute routine that's done entirely on the floor. This HIIT workout includes Hip bridges, Butterfly Sit Ups, and Mountain Climbers. During these moves focus on proper form and monitor your breathing.
