Flu symptoms are often mistaken for symptoms of the common cold. In this video, Dr. Holly Atkinson explains the difference between the two and gives a list of symptoms caused by the flu such as high fever, fatigue and loss of appetite. Flu symptoms come on suddenly and it takes about 7-10 days until you feel better. Sometimes the flu can cause complications like bronchitis or pneumonia so it is important to see your doctor right away if you see signs of these.
