Holly Rilinger is back to get you into fighting shape, with one of the toughest workouts in her series! A boxing workout can increase endurance, strength and speed. Although boxing workouts can be cruel and intense, the risk is worth the reward. You've got to give it your all in this full body routine. You'll begin with a 1 minute warm-up, then perform each move is 30 seconds; make sure to watch your breath and conserve energy for round 2. This workout combines strength, power, speed, agility and quickness all into one to ensure you're a well-balanced fighter.
