In this Boxing 101 workout Holly Rilinger is going to show you how to workout like a boxer! To keep things a little interesting, you're going to be doing some squats in between the upper body moves, to get your legs working too! You'll be doing 30 seconds for each move, and just like boxers don't get breaks, you won't either. Instead, there will be an active recovery after each 30 second set. You will complete the full set of moves three times today. This may sound challenging but your body will appreciate it.
