10-Minute Boxing Workout for Strength and Power

This workout will really help you build your strength and endurance. It's going to work your upper body, your lower body, and your core. This workout consists of a mixture of push-ups, sumo squats, roll ups, and side shuffles. You'll be doing every move for 45 seconds, with 15 seconds of recovery for each set, make sure you watch your breath so you conserve as much energy as possible.
