Back pains can range from dulls pains, to constant aches to sharp pains that make everyday task unbearable. Ages, weight, lack of fitness are some of the causes of back pains. Its important to be ahead of the game and exercise regularly, maintain a healthy weight and avoid lifting heavy objects.
If you are experiencing pain check with a doctor, X-rays, MRI, CT scans and blood test are all ways to diagnose back pain. Medical tests may not show the cause of your back pain. Many times, the cause of back pain is never known. Back pain can get better even if you do not know the cause.
The back is a complex system of muscles, bones, cartilage and nerves. Since the back is involved in almost everything we do, it can get injured pretty easily.
