Migraines affect more than 35 million Americans. Migraine symptoms include nausea, changes in vision and sensitivity to light and sound. Migraines begin when the levels of serotonin drops in your brain. Migraine headaches are often felt on one side of the brain and can last anywhere from a few hours to a few days.
