Just because Julie has multiple sclerosis doesn’t mean she can’t do most of the same things she did before her diagnosis. In fact, one of her favorite activities is going for a run with her friends at a local trail or hitting up an early morning boot camp. Exercising with multiple sclerosis is something that is very important to her.
