In episode 4 of Out for a Bite, Christina heads to the Souvlaki GR Food truck in downtown Manhattan. Kostas, owner of the truck, explains the proper way to make an authentic Greek souvlaki. While Kostas has a few secret spices he’d rather not share, he does let us know that the best kind of chicken is the thigh and that the chicken should only be flipped when it no longer sticks to the grill.
