Acne isn't a problem that everyone outgrows. Many adults experience acne breakouts too. In this video, Dr. Bobby Buka shares his tips when it comes to clearing up acne breakouts. He advises to never squeeze a pimple as this often makes the blemish look worse and can possibly even cause infection. Instead, gently wash your face with warm water and mild soap twice a day. Try not to scrub, nice and easy should do the trick. Use oil-free hair and skincare products. Oil can clog your skin's pores, which is what causes acne breakouts in the first place. If you use an acne cleanser, select one that contains benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. If you are still experiencing acne breakouts after following these steps, make an appointment with your dermatologist.
