The 20-Minute Power Nap

If you don’t get the recommended 7-8 hours of sleep a night you may feel like a zombie the next day. People who don’t sleep enough often lose focus, alertness and productivity. The solution? A 20 minute afternoon nap might be just enough to make you feel mentally and physically recharged. Don’t sleep more than 20 minutes, as this will result in grogginess. Albert Einstein used to power nap all the time and he turned out pretty well!
