It is great to squeeze in a workout every day but what about right before bedtime? While it does create increased blood flow and raise core body temperature, it should not create any sleep problems. Something you should avoid before bed? Staring at a computer screen or phone. So forget about your email and do some jumping jacks instead. You will sleep a lot better!
