Tip: Get to Sleep

Humans spend one third of our lives sleeping, if we are lucky. Unfortunately up to 70 million Americans have some kind of sleep trouble. In this video, Dr. Holly Atkinson shares some tips on how to fall asleep a bit easier. Dr. Atkinson advises exercising during the day and avoiding caffeine after 3 pm. If you can’t fall asleep at least three nights a week you may have chronic insomnia so talk to your doctor.
