If you are having trouble getting a restful night’s sleep, try practicing good sleep hygiene. In this video, Dr. Holly Phillips explains that sleep hygiene means using your bed for sleep and sex only, avoid stimulants in the afternoon and try to go to bed and wake up around the same time the same day. If you can’t sleep after 30 minutes of trying, get out of bed and try reading a book.
