Very High Triglyceride Tip: Exercise

Exercise is important for all of us, especially those suffering from high triglycerides. Since lack of exercise contributes to high levels, working out can help lower them. Even if you cannot perform the recommended 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day recommended by the American Heart Association, try to go for a short walk on your lunch break. Research has shown people who walk on a daily basis live longer!
