If you have high triglycerides it is important to stay away from foods containing saturated fats, trans fats and simple sugars. But there are also hidden danger foods that contains high sugar content in places you’d least expect it. Some salad dressings are packed with sugar and can erase any health gains you are looking to make by eating a salad. Instead, try making your own dressing consisting of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and some herbs and spices. Also, be sure to skip sauces like ketchup and barbecue as they are loaded with high fructose corn syrup.
