While PB&J may seem like a healthy, light lunch, jelly is usually filled with pure sugar. Also, you are likely making things worse depending on the kind of bread you are using. Amy recommends using whole grain bread, as this will sustain your energy levels throughout the day. And remember, drinking coconut water may taste good but it is also filled with calories. Swap it with regular water instead.
