What's For Lunch? White Bread?!

In this episode of ‘What’s for Lunch?!’ nutritionist Amy sits in the park with a New Yorker to discuss the dangers of sandwiches made with white bread. As a substitute, use whole wheat bread; it will keep you full longer and does not contain white sugar. For snacking purposes try replacing pretzels with portion sized pita chips that have whole grains.
