Tip: Cramp Relief

Getting cramps is no fun for anyone. Since everyone’s body is different, you likely have to experiment to find the the treatment that works best for you. Try getting more calcium, soaking in a warm bath or getting an over the counter pain reliever. Exercise is also a great method to keep cramps at bay.
