Tips for Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis is a concern for a lot of people as they get older.  The first thing you may notice is a loss of height.  The best way to prevent the thinning of bones is weight bearing exercises and a well-balanced diet that’s rich in calcium and vitamin D, meaning good dairy products and green leafy vegetables.
