Spotlight Menopause

Hot flashes are common for women during menopause. In fact, 75% of women have them. Hot flashesusually last 2-4 minutes and involve lots of sweating followed by shivering. They are caused by hormonal fluctuations and can be quite uncomfortable. If they become too bothersome, it is best to visit your doctor.
